Our Base

Our main office is at Workspace Highland in Inverdruie House, Aviemore. We have our own dedicated office and share use of their meeting rooms, co-working spaces and facilities. It’s an inspiring place to be, with stunning views over the ancient Caledonian pinewoods of Rothiemurchas Estate to the Cairngorm plateau. So if you ever catch us looking out the window on a conference call, now you know why!

With our diverse team we have reach right across Scotland to meet you in person any time you need. With Nikki in Aviemore, Louise in Fife, Morna in Glasgow and Kate in Aberdeenshire we’ve got you covered.

Global Reach

We have long-term remote partnerships with clients throughout Europe, Africa and Asia, and enjoy supporting them from each of our small corners of Scotland. Whilst these are primarily digital services at present, we also deliver face-to-face facilitation and development programmes around the world.
